Spa Etiquette

ARRIVAL

We ask that our guests arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time. Arriving 15 minutes or later will cause your appointment to be either shortened or canceled. All appointments will end at their scheduled time, so the next guest will not be delayed.

ATTIRE

To get the full benefits of a body treatment or massage, it is recommended to enjoy them without clothing. Although, undergarments may be worn if preferred. Professional draping is performed throughout the duration of the service for privacy. We request that all of our guests take a shower prior to their arrival.

CANCELLATION

Please notify the spa at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, if you need to reschedule or cancel. If we do not receive a call in the time allotted or if you are a no show, you will be charged 100% full payment for the original service.

COMFORT LEVELS

When receiving your treatment, the skin care professional will address your needs based on your personal assessment. They will speak to you about the temperature, pressure, music, product, and sequence of service they are providing. You may also communicate to us how you are feeling during your service. If there is anything specific you would like us to address, please feel free to inform us of your need.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift certificates are a wonderful way to give the gift of health, relaxation, and beauty to the special people in your life. Our gift certificates can be made out to any amount and are valid for (1) year from date of purchase.

GRATUITIES

Gratuity is genuinely appreciated and is solely at your discretion.

HEALTH CONSIDERATIONS

Please notify the spa before booking treatments, if you are pregnant, have allergies, disabilities, high blood pressure, or any physical ailments. This will prepare us far in advance to provide the best possible spa treatment for you.
